A huge building in Sha Tin 沙田. According to Wikipedia, this is now ClubONE Riviera Restaurant (since 2018) – before that, Star Seafood Restaurant and Treasure Floating Restaurant. I'm not sure which iteration it was in 1998, but comparing signage to other photos online, it might be Treasure Floating Restaurant.
