Police Reporting Centre, Clear Water Bay Second Beach Car Park

I thought the Police had retired these kind of 'Offices' and was astonished to find one that looked new near Clear Water Bay.  I know there is another one in Deep Water Bay, but that one looked derelict looked also renewed in Street View.
