I was always wondering where exactly the long curve occurred in those days. I am sure the rails have been altered many times. If I'm standing in front of the entrance today of the peak tram station on Garden Road, before I walk through the long "tunnel" towards the tram, would this be the platform in 1888 ?
Is there an overlapping image of the old platform of 1888 compared with the station of today? Many thanks and Merry Christmas.
