The focus of the image seems to be the building behind the Ritz. It was called the "Chan Bock Hing Building" on older maps, later changed to "Hing Fat Building" in the mid 70s. Then demolished circa 1975 and replaced by today's "One Grand Tower" in 1986.

Edit: According to this article (https://industrialhistoryhk.org/sing-fat-construction-%e6%88%90%e7%99%b…) the building was newly opened in October 1958 with its main tenant, the Sun Ya Hotel. This might be why the photo was taken.
