Former Peak Hotel foundations

A screencap from French film Banzaï (1983) showing what appears to be the remnants of the foundation of the Peak Hotel. This part was where the hotel abutted the neighbouring hillside to the NE. The foundation was obviously solid but the exterior was shaped to match the window apertures on the rest of the north-facing facade floor (as can be seen in this image of the lhs).

Most likely this was finally demolished to make way for the Peak Galleria circa 1993.
