Since most, if not all, of the Cherikoffs have immigrated to Australia, and Cherikoff Restaurants seem to have disappeared from HK for some time, I wonder if this one has anything to do with the original one, or it's just using an abandoned trademark.
What I can see inside is that the staff are all locals. The cookies are still decent. Bread & buns are just mediocre. Uncertain about the cakes though.
