Children’s fancy dress party 1954, Kowloon Docks

The little blond boy, fourth from right, is my cousin Glynn Davies. He would be about 2 years old in this photo, which means it was taken circa 1954/55. Glynn’s father Ray was with the Army. I don’t know where exactly in HK they lived, but by 1956 the family were living in Malta. Can anyone tell me where this photo may have been taken?

Update to this photo: It appears that this photo was taken in 1954 whilst Glynn and his mother Iris (née Ellery) were on holiday visiting Iris's parents at their home at Havelock Terrace in Kowloon Docks. So this photo may have been taken somewhere at Kowloon Docks rather than at an Army Barracks, as Ray Davies was by this time posted elsewhere. Can anyone confirm that this could be somewhere around the Kowloon Docks staff quarters in Hung Hom?

I have just had confirmation from a Facebook group that this is indeed Kowloon Docks. The photo was apparently taken from the greens outside the Kowloon Dock Club (KDC). The building at the rear is "Williamson Terrace", otherwise known as "The Bungalows". Havelock Terrace, where my grandparents lived at the time, was directly behind these and lower down.
