Consul Wildman (Rounsevelle Wildman) was an American journalist. He was the American consul in Hong Kong from 1898 to 1901. Likely due to his unusual first name, he was erroneously listed in the 1899 Ladies Directory. His residency is given as Burnbrae on Glenealy Road. In several posts, the connection between Burnbrae and the American Consulate is mentioned.
