Originally, I thought this would be a plaque on a building etc. But it is a memorial stone at the Hong Kong Cemetery (Plot No 15/1/10). Details can be read on the website of 香港記憶 | Hong Kong Memory.
On the opposite side of the memorial stone, it reads:
H. M. S. Audacious/ flagship China station/ 1875, 1876, 1877, 1878
