It is about the white-ish wall behind the wire frame, which could be seen after zooming in. This is the section behind 51st Paterson Street. It would extend towards Gloucester Road by the North. It also extend South, behind the concrete hut and towards Great George Street. right next to the MTR entrance\exit.
The northern end of the wall is now all boarded up. The boarding up had been extended to the back of the section shown above. But Street View captured what was like in 2021.
