This is another Star Ferry related as captured by Harrison Forman.
Unluckily, the name of the ferry is partly covered by the shoulder pole of the labourer and not clear. But the odds may be higher than one to three, if by model ? (viz. 2/5 or 40%)
Not until we may find some other photos or hints. Anyway, the 2nd generation Star Ferry pier looks fairly new.

Forman normally took more than one photo of the same scene. I think the same ferry also appears at: https://collections.lib.uwm.edu/digital/collection/agsphoto/id/22945/rec/353 The name of the ferry is again difficult to read.
