Wing Sing Street ('Duck Egg Street')^ is one of the small streets vanished due to redevelopment in Central District.
It is interesting to know that eggs have been imported from South Korea, Japan and Britain even back in the 60s. And the daily turnover is already in over a million scale.
(^) "100-year eggs" or "century eggs" are also made from duck eggs. I think hence this common name people call this street. It is said that this place may be dated back to the 19th century Chinese settlement.
