the towers staircase

In case it is of interest, I am uploading four interior photos of The Towers , 20 Broadwood Road, taken with a view to its forthcoming sale by auction. The photos would have been taken prior to the auction of the contents which took  place at 29-30 May, 1924, a year after the death of my grandfather, Charles Warren. The typewritten legend on the back of this photo reads "Staircase and Scene". The mentioned "Scene" refers to the hand-carved mural which is an integral part of the wall. The house was completed in 1916.
