Definitely after March 1961 based on the registration number of the TR4 in the foreground. I had a vehicle with AC which was first registered on 15 March 1961.
By a closer look the car shown is the Triumph TR 4A, with the distinctive side position lights on the front fenders. The car was introduced in 1965, so the photo is not earlier than 1965.
