1874 map in the CHRONICLE & DIRECTORY CHINA, JAPAN, & THE PHILIPPINES, (WITH WHICH IS INCORPORATED THE “CHINA DIRECTORY,”) FOR THE YEAR 1880.

The year seems quite correct as the 1,000 foot pier (from 1873) is shown on the map.
