View from Tuen Mun towards the Airport, showing Pearl River Bridge

This photo was taken in Tuen Mun from a 36th floor flat.  In the foreground are blocks of flats near Tuen Mun Ferry Pier.  The structure behind the blocks of flats is the northern end of the Tuen Mun - Chek Lap Kok Link, which was still under construction at the time.  Across the middle of the photo can be seen the runways. Behind those can be seen the section of the Pearl River Bridge between Lantau Island and the eastern entrance to the undersea tunnel.  Part of Lantau Island is on the left; the western side of the Pearl River can be seen on the right of the picture, with buildings in Macao.
