There is an absence of the yellow crenellation design on the top red corner of East Town Theatre present in photos in 1967 (seen here and here but not in 1964 as seen here), and the building itself was present from 1964 making the dating of the photo between these two bookended years. In fact the Chinese characters on the corner of the building are missing in the 1964 photo (showing the 1963 Pink Panther movie) but present in this one, making 1965-1966 a reasonable date.
