  • Mr Sin Cho Yuen
Misses Castilho and Edgren ran the Business department assisted by Messrs Yip and Sin.
R. Bauder was responsible for the building and maintenance, laundry and hot water, light control, outside labour and room inspections.

  • Miss Stella Edgren
Misses Castilho and Edgren ran the Business department assisted by Messrs Yip and Sin.
  Edgren handled cash and accounts, payments, passes, visitors' lists and billeting.
  Together, the two women also handled Dependents' suggestions, requests, complaints and reception.
  • Mr Rudolf Zindel
the Red Cross official who had dealings with the Stanley Camp and the establishment of the Rosary Hill Camp at St Albert's Priory.
  • Miss Ruby Mow Fung
[Industrialhistoryhk.org : Frederick Charles Mow Fung and his sister Ruby Mow Fung (director of Gilman & Co and head of its export department) were also deeply involved with the Anglican Church in HK. ]
  She was of a notable Chinese family which had returned from Australia.
  • Mr Archie She
Mr She ran general stores, fuel, rations, medical stores, education, the sewing department, indoor sports and entertainments.
  • Mr Leopold Gaddi
Gaddi was the chef in charge at that time of three kitchens (Main, Hospital and Staff), the bakery, milk distribution, outdoor sports, safety services during air raids, fire prevention and Boys' working crews and wood-chopping.
  • Miss Jacinta Castilho
Misses Castilho and Edgren ran the Business department assisted by Messrs Yip and Sin.
  Castilho also managed the correspondence, records for the town office, meal tickets, requisitions and gate control.
  Together, the two women also handled Dependents' suggestions, requests, complaints and reception.
