This is the rear of “B” squadron 1st Royal Tank Regiment marching to church parade to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the first successful tank battle which took place on 20th November 1917 at Cambrai in France.
I recognise Stanley Balchin and “Ginger” Bolton among them, the front of the column is also among my photos uploaded earlier. This photo was sent to me by the son of Stanley Balchin, Stan. died in 2004.
