As far as I can tell, Helen Ho was never interned at Stanley. So it's interesting to see that at least one of the signatures was added after the Japanese surrender.
Daisy Joyce was sent to Stanley Camp on January 20, 1942, so Helen's signature could have been added between December 10, 1941 and January 20, 1942 (the Daisy Joyce sheet contains the text '20.1.42 LA SALLE COLLEGE 10.12.41').
Moreover, I was unable to find Yvonne's signature at this time. Instead, I found the signature of her other sister Elaine Ho.
