On June 12, a large amount of flash flood rolled down the valley behind the St. James Church on Kennedy Road, destroyed the Kennedy Road, and crushed Stone Nullah Street. The underground water pipe on Stone Nullah Street burst under pressure, and then forced the underground sewer to explode.
