1950 Farewell party for Miss Maud Ward

In August 1950, The Hong Kong Nurses and Midwives Association held a farewell party for Miss Maud Ward, M.B.E. The chairman of the association praised her for her long-term service in the Chinese region, and quoted Sir Robert Ho tung as commending her as the "Florence Nightingale of the Orient".
