Has anyone ever heard of a Hong Kong Company (presumably) pre-war called Attick & Co. ? Maybe a button manufacturer, tailor, or outfitters ? Does anyone recognize the button ? Presumably Navy but which country ?

Attick and Co Buttons
Hello KS. I think the buttons belong to the Nationalist Chinese Navy, the Republic of China navy. (ROCN) There is an entry on Wikipedia on the ROCN which carries a photograph of the commanding admiral. If you magnify the photo you can see the buttons on his uniform are very similar to those in your photos. All the best, madwith.
