Yes, just to confirm this is Tung Tau Tsuen (東頭村) in Yuen Long and not 東頭邨 in Kowloon City.
The last character in both place names is pronounced same way but my understanding is that "村" usually refers to a traditional village whereas "邨 " is used to refer to a modern housing estate.

When i was very young pre 63, used to be brought there by my dear Amah. Visited the vicinity and walled city.
Been to the 2 movie Houses, International and Lung Shing aka Dragon City.
To this day i still enjoy Egg balls snack.

Not to confuse Tung Tau Tsuen (Estate) in Kowloon City, suggest to add "Yuen Long" after the place location.
I can consult a Yuen long local if there is such village exist
