I'm interested in any information. This was located next to another property called "Hei Yuen" on older maps. Both properties were redeveloped in the early 1990s into today's "Villa Costa".

I only know this house is Chu Kong's house where Chow Yun Fat and Sally Yeh were hiding in the movie, The Killer (喋血雙雄).

House for Plover Cove Engineer
If I recall ( and trusting my memory is always a leap of faith ) this house might well have been the house built for Bill Cutting, the chief resident engineer on the Plover Cove Scheme. When the project was finished the house was used as government quarters. I vaguely remember repairing a boat for Bill in the carport. No doubt there are official govt records somewhere.
