This photo is from a 1975 calendar showing the Pokfulam Filterbed at the lower right-hand corner. The photo is believed to have been taken from Hatton Road midway to Lung Fu Shan towards the Central and Kowloon Peninsula. The bottom part of the photo also shows part of the HKU campus.
It is not known why it is called PokfuLam Filterbed as it is not located in Pokfulam. May be, because it is connected to the Pokfulam Reservoir. For more information about the history of this filterbed, refer to the Lung Fu Shan Environmental Education Centre website with the link listed below:
