A book telling of the hardship of Chinese workers in Hong Kong

This little book includes some pages translated into English. The book seems to focus on the hardship of people working in the Dockyard in Hong Kong. My Dad was sent to Hong Kong in 1956 as Inspector of Electrical Engineers Department at the Dockyard. Other photos relate to this period and show some of his colleagues. I expect he felt that this was signifcant and was in my Mum and Dad's collection.
