Looking North from above of Fat Kwong Street, Ho Man Tin Estate is on the top right while Oi Man Estate on the left is still under construction. Valley Road Estate at the bottome left had been demolished in 2002, with part of the land became the Hong Kong Polytechnic University Student Halls of Residence and part of it became Ultima and MTRC Ho Man Tin Station
