H. W. (Hans Weismann) sent this postcard March 1907 to Mr. A. Hartroodt, spediteure (ie hauler/shipper) in Hamburg. The postcard reached Hamburg 11.4.07. The Hartroodt company was founded in Hamburg in 1887 and still exists to this day. The chop gives: "Weismann Limited". On the rear side H.W. asks Mr. Hartroodt to haul two packages, one containing porcelain vases, the other chinese silk, to two adresses in southern Germany (Württemberg). According to the text this was not the first Weismann-Hartroodt transaction. So: did Hans Weismann ran a export company limited besides his Cafe?
