Man with bags.

I had a feeling that this man was carrying all his possessions in those few carrier bags.

Looking at the overhead tram wires, the photo was taken at the junction of Hennessy Road and either Anton Street or Johnston Road. Not able to see the tram tracks due to the brightness of the foreground.  The building across the road is the former Asian House as seen further up the road here

Judging by the shadows on the left and the sun on the buildings on the right I think that I must have been looking to the West when I took the photograph. If I remember correctly, the tram route went along Johnston Road in the Western part of Wan Chai where I believe I took the photograph. Does that rule out the Johnston / Hennessey road junction?

Thanks Klaus and Moddsey.  I agree with you Klaus, the fire hydrant provides the link.  The tram route would have been right next to me on my right running along Johnston Road having just left Hennessey road at the junction.
