On Flickr attributed to "sugar factory hong kong". I think the sugar factory is behind East Point Hill and only chimneys are visible. The two chimneys belong to an unknown factory situated on the lots IL 730 and 733 (HKMAPS.HK. ;map 1901.3). Same as these :
