19 - British Consulate car

The car may be new but the license plate has been used by the British High Commissioner since the very first license plates were issued in Hong Kong.

I took an image of this car in 2022, April and the CC tag had been removed from the licence plate, I have taken plenty of images of the British Consulate Official Car which is a Jaguar and flies the British flag on the bonnet so maybe the car is now owned by a private citizen?
