Hong Kong in 1946 would still be only tentatively recovering from the war - notice the Sten(?) machine guns propped against the wall. You can tell from the relaxed state of dress that the R.A.F. considered the men's work far more important than 'bull'. I think that Mt Cameron is in the background.
