There are more interesting photographs that Gordon could have copied from the film, so I think that it is his photograph. Many of us went to Macao, which was seen as a special ‘adventure’.  I’ve never understood why as, with hindsight, there were many more interesting places to see in Hong Kong, at a fraction of the price and time.  Andrew
