Cover Invitation to Joint Declaration Signing

My father was a journalist covering the Sino-British talks, subsequent signing of the Joint Declaration, and finally presided over the coverage of the Handover. He sat at Table 36 in the Great Hall of the People during the banquet. This invitation comes from his box of treasures from his days as an young and intrepid journalist.
