Can anyone tell me the name of the original photographer? Do you know where I can purchse a copy of this photograph?

The building under construction is Telecom House in Wan Chai.

I can't guarantee it, but those sure do look like Mary Sue's Side Cleaners who would clean and paint ship exteriors in return for food.  When they would come aboard Mountains of steaks were cooked and none of the crew was allowed to eat them - it was for the girls.
