Probabily the procession for the coronation of Queen Eliwabeth II in 1953: a parade with a dragon procession. Michael Roggem a Dutch 16 mm filmmaker, has filmed these festivities. However, the fact that the coronation of several monarchs in Hong Kong was celebrated, especially King George VI in 1937 and King Edward II in 1902, makes the identification of the frost on pictures like these difficult. Also, a dragon like these can point to Chinese New-Year festivities.

The sun hats or topees would give the date to around the 1930s. My guess the parade would be for the coronation of King George VI in May 1937. If one zooms in on the lion and the vests of the acrobatic troupe, they look similar in appearance to the photo below.
