I swam here in 1956 and the swimmers numbered about the same. On Google air photos these boulders are still there no doubt disturbed repeatly by waves over the years. There have been housing developments behind the beach but they are not visible due to the tall vegetation that separates the two. Truely one well-preserved beach compared to Lai Chi Kok - gone and Stanley - armoured.
