Found this plan here. Its from an architecture journal (ABE Journal 5/14) and titled: China Papers: The architecture archives of the building company Crédit Foncier d’Extrême-Orient (1907-59).
The plan is by the Belgian architect Gustave Volkaert. Although its for 62 Barker Road (an address I could not find) it could be Epworth Loadge (although this 51 Barker Road).

No. 62
Interesting find. I too have never heard of No. 62 Barker Road. Where might it have been, as Epworth Lodge is already at the very end of the road?
Crédit Foncier d’Extrême-Orient was involved in some big residential projects in Hong Kong. I think a few of them were designed by Alfredo Alvares, who owned Arrowhead in Deep Water Bay.
