This is cropped from http://gwulo.com/atom/21801. The building in the center quite near to the top seems to be Richmond House (1st generation). Right hand side (near to the bottom) could be Branksome Towers.
Others in the Carlberg album are dated 1950, this one might be a bit earlier as there is nothing to see from the Bank of China Building.
According to moddsey's comment on the most likely date of this image I changed it from 1950 to 1939.
