Coastal settlement presumably somewhere in the New Territories showing distant mountains across the sea. This follows on from frame tagged 47-28-17 which shows more foreground.
Actually, I am now convinced this is Yim Tin Tsai in Tai Po, because you can vaguely make out a slope in the far background that would tie in with the eastern slope of Pat Sin Leng and would put the camera somewhere nr Tai Po Mei.
