In the middle of the tables the HK Hilton had placed the most wonderful ice sculptures all about 4 - 6 foot high with lights shinning thro them, with smaller ice sculptures around them. Real masterpieces each one and a credit to the hotel atists.There was one, a huge ice swan and then an Eagle and I cant remember the others as I had to go and put a fur coat on and boots. (joke)
