When did you take this photo? The words are more legible than in my photo, yet I still can't figure out those words on top of "Star Ferry". You meant there's only one word, which is "To"?
It looks like there's one word on top of another, then come the words "Star Ferry".
I went today to have another look, but cannot find it amongst the roadworks. The image above "TO" seems to be peeling paint. I would like to repaint some of these MS, but may get into problems!
