Actually, the Wanchai reclamations were later, starting 1965, but since Princes Building is under construction, Tavistock is completed, Old Luginsland has been demolished, i'd say this is late 1964
Yes, 1964 is correct. The new complex of buildings in the centre on Patterson Street in Causeway Bay were built in 1964. The building on the left under scaffolding, Greenfield Mansion was also completed in 1964.
