T, are they being refurbished or simply demolished? My understanding is the whole area is being razed. It will be such a shame to lose these buildings.
I really have no idea. When I walked by last week they look sort of 'new'. May have to lookup developments plans for their fate.

ps Sing Tao has this piece back in March 2024. Back then the area involved were shaded in pink or red. Doesn't seem to involve those in my photo. More update welcomed.
