It seems like the preferred site for these is on a ridge and/or near a summit.
Did you follow the ridge up from the pavilion on the Sok Kwu Wan - Shek Pai Wan path? The map also shows a path on the ridge that heads down and due north from the peak. That could be another possible site - but I'm not sure how clear the path is.
