The wedding of Beryl Daisy Fair to Capt. P. J. T. Skipwith of the Royal Artillery was covered by the Hong Kong Daily Press the following day on 25 February 1941.
Capt. Skipwith enlisted in 1935. After the fall of Hong Kong he was interned at North Point Camp, then Sham Shui Po Camp, followed by time at Argyle Street Camp and finally back to Sham Shui Po.
