This should be Bowrington Old Bridge [????-????]. It was likely constructed in the early 1840s before the racecourse was built. It is already on the 1845 map on Gwulo. In the photos, one can see four arches as on the engraving.
I think the obelisk is the H.M.S. Vestal Monument with the "Gap" behind showing the road cutting (Queen's Road East) through Morrison Hill. Morrison Hill is on the right.
