Good to see another grotto; I added Precious Blood Primary School, Apleichau to the list above.
It looks like this grotto at a primary school was designed with a colourful mural and stained-glass windows themed for children. The landscaping on the right-hand side of the photo shows rabbits/bunny statues.
And the grotto's stonework behind the Mary statue is not tall, so as not to have an overbearing look that might come across as a bit scary for little kids.
The four steps up to the grotto look low, designed for little feet.

Hi there,
This may have something to do with the campus itself. This school campus is one of those called "design of the year of 2000" series. All generally based on the same blueprint and was built by the government. The Grotto likely was a later addition.
