Taken in 1949/50, based on these notes about the Mow Fung family:

In December of 1949, Frederick Mow Fung and his daughter Anna, of Kowloon, Hong Kong, visited Ararat, while they were on a round-the-world trip. They met up with some of the older generation who still remembered Mow Fung himself.

January 1950 saw Anna and Fred Mow Fung being honoured with a Civic Reception at Stawell. Anna was a nurse — in fact a tutor sister at the London Mission Hospital in Hong Kong. During this reception, Anna spoke on the comparison of training conditions for nursing, in Hong Kong as to British Hospitals. The visit of Mow Fung's son and grand-daughter is just seven years short of a century after Mow Fung had came to Ararat, by walking across country from South Australia, from where the ship had dropped them off, to escape the £10 poll tax on Chinese.
